The Airbus Defense – Public Safety Support Program delivers critical operational support services for public safety systems across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Executed in collaboration with Airbus Defence, the project provides centralized User Help Desk services for Operations and Support (O&S) teams, ensuring continuous system monitoring, structured ticketing, and efficient incident management. The scope includes first-level support, escalation coordination, and the provision of qualified on-site manpower embedded within Airbus offices to support daily operations and project execution. The engagement strengthens service continuity and operational readiness for mission-critical public safety platforms through disciplined processes and experienced technical resources.
